Flourinated Rubber (Viton)

    Viton has the best proven fluid resistance capacity with four Basic
    properties :
    1. Highly Heat Resistance
    2. Chemical Resistance
    3. Low temperature Flexibility
    4. Resistance to Compression set.


     Extreme Resistance to Temperature

    The resistance of Viton to degradation by heat is outstanding and
    Simultaneously retains its good mechanical properties better than any other
    available Elastomer.

    Viton's continuous service limits are considered to be over
    3000 hrs. at 230

1240 hrs. at 295oC

    Viton is mostly serviceable in dynamic application down to Zero to -10oF,
    even if special formulated Viton use in dynamic application's down to
    -65oF also.

    Flame Resistence/Resistence to Sun, Weather, Ozone.

    Due to halogen containing polymer Viton has more resistant to burning
    than other exclusive Hydro Carbon Rubber. Viton Rubber product's will
    burn if directly exposed to flame but will go out when the flame is
    removed. Viton has best resistence to Sun, Weather and Ozone.

    Application of Viton

    Exclusive heat and fluid's resistence assures its vital application even in
    Aircrafts, Space Shuttle, Submarine, Mechanical Seals, Pumps, Valves,
    Fertilizer, Chemical and Turbo Engine Manufacturing Industries uses
    products like 'O' Rings, Gaskets Seals, Bellows, Diaphragam, Oil Seal etc.

Silicone Rubber


    Silicone Rubber is having very broad service temperature range that
    exceeds any other commercial available Rubber.Silicone Rubber can
    withstand up to - 90oC temperature to + 200oC. It has excellent electrical
    prosperties even at elevated temperature. Silicone compounded products
    burns with direct flame to form a non conducting ash which continues to
    function as an insulation. Silicone are testless non toxic and completely
    odourless and therefore used when physiological inertness is required.
    They have thus found uses in surgical implants in the human body.
    Silicone is having wide range in hardness from 30o to 80o durometer
    (Shore A)to design the product at require hardness for suitable application.

    Application of Silicone

    Due to high dielectric strength and physical Toughness, Cable connectors,
    Terminal Covers, Spouts, Sleeve made from silicone Rubber gives
    excellent results, as silicone components are non toxic food quality and
    odourlesshaving huge application in dairy plants to maintain sanitary
    condition in storage and processing Tanks, for Baby feeding bottle Nipple
    and Thernoware product such as Flasks, Water Jugs and food processors.
    Also most useful in Electrical, Computers Tele Communication, Light
    Fittings, Circuit braker, Switchgear, Space and Defence Industries.

Polyurethene (Adeprene)


    Ployurethene Rubber is having high tensile strength with excellent Oil
    resistence and good low temperature flexibility. The most excellent
    characteristics of this rubber is abrasion resistence and high tear strength
    and also high elongation at high hardness. its having temperature resistance
    from - 25oC to + 95oC. Application of Ployurethene Rubber is for high
    abarsion resistency, products manufactured from it includes Coupling,
    Bush, 'U' type and 'V' type Hydraulic Seals and sheet, Pad etc.

Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer

    E.P.D.M. Rubber has excellent resistance to steam and withstand a
    continuous temperature of 140oC. Its performance in steam is even better
    at the same temperature in dry heat. Even it remains serviceable at high
    steam up to 250 PSI, due to excellent resistence to weathering and ozone.
    Better eleastic properties and easy electric strength are the other feature of
    components manufactured from E.P.D.M. it find maximum use in
    Automobile Industry for Door Sealings, Glazing and Sponge Sealing, hose
    for rediator and also used in Textile and Dyeing Plants as a Door Sealing
    Gasket for Auto Clave and Dyeing Machine.
